The agreement

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MNX, published by Full Value Potential LLC. They cover free access and MNX Pro, billing, how to treat the data, and the usual legal terms.

Last updated August 22, 2026.

Who we are

MNX (Market Network Exchange) is a commercial-intelligence service for organizations working with New York's public and civic markets, published by Full Value Potential LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Free access and MNX Pro

Searching the data — awards, opportunities, policy, organizations, and the government network — is free. MNX Pro is a paid subscription that adds capabilities such as CSV export, cross-reference insights, and saved-search and watch alerts. A Market Network Strategic Plan is a separate one-time paid service. We may change features, limits, or pricing over time; material changes to a paid plan will be reflected before your next charge.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. MNX Pro is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled, and renews automatically at the then-current price. You can cancel or update your payment method at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases are charged once. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; if something went wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent access controls; do not scrape or bulk-extract the data beyond the export features provided; do not use the contact information in the Network to harass anyone or for unlawful, deceptive, or spam purposes; and do not resell or redistribute the data as a competing database. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

About the data

MNX aggregates information from public records and official sources and links each item to its source. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any figure, deadline, contact, or classification is complete, error-free, or up to date, and sources themselves change. Always verify against the official source before acting. Nothing on MNX is legal, financial, investment, or professional advice, and using the service does not create an advisory relationship.

Corrections and removals

Every office and organization record carries a way to claim it or request a correction or removal, handled per our data policy.

Intellectual property

The MNX name, site, design, and original written analysis are ours. The underlying public records are not; where we present them we link to their source. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the service for your own organization's purposes, subject to these terms.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), and links to external official sources. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Value Potential LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or the service is misused. Provisions that by their nature should survive — payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the date below, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in New York will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
