MNX is published by Full Value Potential LLC. We keep this simple: cookie-less analytics, email-based sign-in, payments handled by Stripe, and no selling of your data.

What this covers
This policy is about personal information relating to you as a visitor or subscriber. How we handle information about public offices and the officials who hold them is covered separately in our data policy.
What we collect
Your email address, when you sign in, subscribe to updates, or request a plan — sign-in is by emailed link, so we do not store a password. The details you choose to enter in a plan intake or a contact form. Payment information you provide at checkout, which goes directly to Stripe; we receive a confirmation and your subscription status, not your card number. And cookie-less usage analytics: counts of page views and events (for example, that a plan CTA was clicked), with no cookies, no advertising identifiers, and no attempt to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
To provide the service and your account, deliver the updates and alerts you ask for, process payments and manage subscriptions, respond to requests and introductions you send, understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and tracking
Our analytics are cookie-less: we record anonymous page and event counts without setting tracking cookies or fingerprinting you. We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in to your account. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that run the service on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing and billing), an email-delivery workflow used to send account emails, alerts, and introductions you request, and our hosting and database providers. These providers process data under their own terms and only to provide their service to us. When you request an introduction, the note and email you submit are shared with the organization you asked about.
Data retention
We keep account and subscription information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes, and analytics counts for trend analysis. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates using the link in any email, update or cancel a subscription from your account, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
MNX is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the date below; material changes will be made clear.
