Services (other than human services). The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the collection of outstanding Business and Excise Tax docketed judgments assigned to, and/or issued by the New York City Department of Finance. Please see Section III Scope of Services section in the IFB document for details. Vendors who are able to demonstrate sufficient expertise and experience in providing such services in a legal and ethical manner are invited to bid.
