NYC Health & Hospitals requests proposals for facility commissioning services related to new construction, facility renovations, re-commissioning of existing systems, or facility system assessments throughout its portfolio of buildings. The types of facilities to be commissioned may include office/administration, hospitals, health clinics, laboratories, or combinations thereof. Commissioning is a systematic quality-assurance process used to verify and document that building systems and components are designed, installed, tested, started, operated, and maintained in accordance with NYC Health & Hospitals Project Requirements, Basis of Design, contract documents, and applicable performance criteria.
