New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) seeks proposals from firms with expertise in National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) and Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) training (the Proposers) to provide NYCHA with NSPIRE and HOTMA specific training for NYCHAs property management and central office staff, on both the Public Housing side and the Housing Choice Voucher side. This will consist of training sessions (each a Session) and testing materials for the sessions.
