The New York City Housing Authoritys (NYCHA) Asset and Capital Management Division is seeking input (Responses) from manufacturers and suppliers of auger compactors and interior compactors on a proposed Master Equipment Supply Agreement. Under this new procurement approach, NYCHA would enter into an agreement with a qualified manufacturer or supplier, establishing pre-negotiated terms, conditions, and unit pricing for equipment to be supplied across multiple NYCHA developments. NYCHAs project-specific installation contractors would issue Purchase Orders against the agreement as equipment is needed, while payment obligations to the supplier would remain with NYCHA.
