Construction/Construction Services. Scope of Work: The base scope of work includes but is not limited to lobby renovations at Surfside Gardens Buildings SG-1 through SG-5. The work includes the installation of new storefront entrance systems with intercoms and key-fob access controls, construction of new recycling rooms with ventilation, key-fob access, and opaque exterior walls, installation of decorative art panels within the lobbies, patching and painting of existing ceilings as required, replacement of ceiling light fixtures were indicated on the plans, installation of new exit signage, and the addition of security cameras serving the recycling rooms.
