New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) invites firms to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP), to provide public education campaign services to maximize public awareness of New York City Charter ballot items. In May 2026, Mayor Mamdani announced the appointment of the Commission on Government Efficiency (COGE), a Charter Revision Commission tasked with making City government work better for New Yorkers. COGE is a body of 15 members and staffed by City of New York employees charged with reviewing the New York City Charter for potential revisions.
