NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award a series of Four (4) requirement contracts for Installation V/C Floor Tile in Apartments-Development Specific pursuant to RFQ#s: 523148- Claremont Consolidated Houses, 523149- Forest Consolidated Houses, 523150-Highbridge Houses, and 528366- Sedgwick Houses (or this Bid Series). Contract Term: The Term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the award date established on NYCHAs Blanket Purchase Order or the issuance of the Notice to Proceed Order.
