PRINTER LEASE AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

Goods and Services. Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, the New York City Comptrollers Office intends to enter into negotiations for a Sole Source agreement with Xerox Corporation, whose primary address is 201 Merritt 7, Norwalk, Connecticut 06851-1056, for lease and maintenance of a Xerox PX300 (Proficio 300 Press). Xerox Corporation is the only source able to provide the PX300 device with the required Xerox-badged service technicians trained to provide maintenance services. The term of the agreement is estimated to commence on December 1, 2026 for a period of 5 years with two (2) 1-year renewal options, with the total value of the agreement undetermined at this stage.
