The New York City Office of Technology & Innovation (OTI) and Mayors Office of Operations (Operations) invite submissions in response to this Request for Information (RFI) to help determine the feasibility of leveraging emergent technology, particularly ground-scanning technologies, to build a more complete and accurate picture of built underground infrastructure in New York City.
