Construction Related Services. Scope of Work: Plumbing Services Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHAs Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to two one-year extensions. Bid Security: 100% of the Contract Minimum. Payment & Performance Bonds: 100% of the Contract Minimum. Labor Law 220i Public Work Registration Certificate/Certification: Pursuant to Article 8, Section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law.
