Services (other than human services). The Work to be performed under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment and all other Work incidental thereto necessary or required to provide the complete repair, monitoring, maintenance, inspection and testing of Agency fire detection devices, equipment and systems at Agency facilities located throughout the Citys five (5) boroughs. All Work designed, filed, performed and materials furnished under this Contract shall conform to the applicable requirements of the appropriate corresponding rules and regulations including without limitation the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), New York City Fire Department (FDNY), and National Fire Protection Association Code 72 (NFPA 72).
