Goods and Services. The Land Use Department at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking one or more consultants or consultant teams to provide on-call hazmat and environmental services which may include, without limitation, the performance of site investigations, Phase I and II Remedial Action Plans, resident engineering services, environmental monitoring, and asbestos abatement monitoring. Services may also include the preparation of health and safety plans, site management plans, cost estimates, underground storage tank removal plans and reports, and asbestos and environmental investigation work plans and draft reports.
