Goods and Services. New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) seeks expressions of interest from qualified respondents on solutions to modernize how NYCEDC manages building plans, drawings, engineering documents, studies, reports, models, and related property records. NYCEDCs immediate challenge is that critical asset documentation is fragmented across legacy systems, network drives, Microsoft SharePoint sites, project repositories, and other platforms. This fragmentation makes it difficult to identify the official record, locate complete drawing sets, manage versions, collaborate with stakeholders, and avoid duplicative studies or rework.
