Through this RFQ series, NYCHA is administering a pilot procurement that introduces a streamlined bid submission and evaluation process, differing from NYCHA's conventional solicitation procedures. The pilot is intended to simplify the solicitation process for responding bidders while supporting NYCHA's ongoing efforts to strengthen competition, improve efficiency, and enhance transparency within the Authority's procurement process. At the time of RFQ closing, responding bidders will only be required to submit the minimum documentation identified in the solicitation. Following bid opening, NYCHA will evaluate bid pricing and identify the apparent low bidder(s).
