Services (other than human services). MetroPlus is seeking qualified sellers/resellers capable of providing the required Five9 licensing and associated support services. MetroPlus will leverage its existing strategic relationship with Five9 and build upon its current Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) investment to create a more integrated and cloud-based customer engagement environment. The target solution consists of the Five9 Virtual Contact Center platform, including bundled licensing and required add-on functionality for Verint Workforce Management (WFM) integration. MetroPlus seeks a best-value solution that combines competitive pricing with proven Five9 expertise, strong service delivery capabilities, and innovative approaches that support long-term business and operational objectives.
