New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), on behalf of the City of New York (the City), is pleased to release a request for proposals (RFP) seeking proposals from qualified parties (Respondents) for the acquisition and development of an approximately 17,337 square foot site located between East 125th Street and East 126th Street along Second Avenue in East Harlem (Block 1790, Lots 25-31) (the Site). B-East is the last of three development sites on the B block within the City-owned East 125th Street assemblage.
