Construction/Construction Services. Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) Facilities Management and Construction (FMC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, during the term of the Contract, the City's requirements for labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install, erect, maintain, dismantle and remove Sidewalk Sheds and Scaffoldings at various facilities throughout the five (5) boroughs of the City of New York.
