The Agency is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to use ground-based LiDAR equipment to scan trees located on the city's rights-of-way and use a machine learning-based data processing approach to produce a street tree inventory as well as 3D digital model of the city's trees. This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
